This is a great way to find and follow different categories of people: it's a "people" dashboard to manage all your people connections: http://peoplebrowsr.com
You would have to add up the numbers yourself but you could find Hispanics and Latinas and Latinos. This is how I found out about twitteros last month.
After you sign in, click the Twitter icon. Then look for a text link near the top that says "Everyone" and click that. Next: in the search bar: type this (without the quotation marks): "latinas, latinos, hispanics". Boom! You'll see everyone in Twitter who has mentioned one of those keywords in their profile; their url; or their tweets. PeopleBrowsr is the best people dashboard I've seen so far, even better than Tweetdeck. And you don't have to download or install any software with PB, like you do with Tweetdeck. Happy Tweeting, amigas y amigos!
I'd love it if you'd follow me on Twitter: http://twitter.com/LoriGama
