Featuring festival favorite's Ricky Cruz, Lisa Corrao, Adrian Mesa, Ken Miller, and Forrest Shaw
Ricky Cruzwas a featured Comedian at the 2006 inaugural South Beach Comedy Festival. He was also invited to perform during the 2008 SBCF at the Colony Theatre where he was voted Best New Comedian for the Paul and Young Ron's "So You Think You're Funny" completion. He is currently on a national tour with Ralphie May.
Lisa Corrao'sfavorite thing in the world is to point out irony! She does this in her act with a sweet smile and slightly evil sense of humor. Her style has been called unique and adorably clever, but don't just take her mom's word for it...Lisa is a rising star in the comedy world.
Miami's own
Al Jackson from MTV, NBC's Last Comic Standing, and Comedy Centrals Live at Gotham returns to the South Beach Comedy Festival for "Laughin' on Lincoln". Al has also been seen on ABC's Comics Unleashed and has been seen on Spike, Bravo and Vh1 and he's just returned from the Montreal Comedy Festival. Although he now lives in New York, he looks forward to performing back home in Miami.

Once described by a fan as, "The New Miami Sound Machine"-
Adrian Mesa is a south Florida native comic that captivates audiences with a very original comedy style-mixing sounds, songs and stand-up to the delight of many a diverse crowd. He's received kudos and won many festivals and competitions, including: Las Vegas Comedy Festival, South Beach Comedy Festival, and the Montreal Comedy Festival. Recently, he was voted "Best Comedian of 2009" by the Broward Palm Beach New Times.
Ken Miller was 2009 South Beach Comedy Contest Winner and the Two Time Runner up for Central Florida's Funniest Comedian held by the Orlando Improv. Originally from Greensboro, NC he now resides in Orlando, FL. For someone who has been doing comedy for a few years he has the stage presence of a season vet. His take on being a single divorced dad will have the audience laughing out loud.
Forrest Shaw was born in Miami and raised as an only child by a single hippie mother, Forrest Shaw got into stand-up comedy after a decade of life as a marine biologist. Forrest delivers witty and clever anecdotes of his unorthodox life with a wry smile. He's performed at New York Underground Comedy Festival, Comedy Central Open Mic Fight, Las Vegas Comedy Festival Lucky 21 contest, Carnival Comedy Challenge, and the Organic Comedy Tour.
